Grill Marks is excited to partner with Greenville County Schools and Certified Angus Beef on the second annual Jr. Chef Burger Challenge!
It's no secret that Larkin's Restaurants' Executive VP, Chef Adam Hayes, has had his fair share of culinary competition experience. Most recognize him from his victory on
Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen (watch the episode here!). Chef Adam is passionate about getting local youth interested and excited about the culinary industry.
Interested in taking your talents into the culinary world? Now is your chance to get creative and work directly with Chef Adam!
HOW IT WORKS
Participants fill out the online form to submit their burger
unique & creative burger recipe
Each submission will be evaluated based on the following judging criteria:

Three finalists will be selected by Chef Adam and invited to Grill Marks, Haywood Mall for a celebration reception amongst family and friends with prizes and sliders of their burger passed at the restaurant
The three finalist burgers will be featured on a limited time offer menu at Grill Marks, Haywood for the entire summer. Whichever burger sells the most over the summer will be declared the grand prize winner and Grill Marks' Jr. Chef 2020!
April 1—30: Submissions Open
May 4—10: Online Voting Open
May 11: Three Finalists Selected
May 13: Finalist Reception at Grill Marks, Haywood
May 15—August 14: Finalist Burgers available on
limited time offer menu at Grill Marks, Haywood
August 17: Grand Prize Winner announced!
